HOLWERRC’S CENTER’S RESEARCH ON DENDRITIC CELL ENHANCEMENT VIA HOLISTIC MEANS (eg, mushrooms, super-herbs, heat etc)
Dendritic cells (DCs) are immune cells forming part of the mammalian immune system. Their main function is to process antigen material and present it on the surface to other cells of the immune system. That is, dendritic cells function as antigen-presenting cells. They act as messengers between the innate and adaptive immunity. The 2011 Nobel Prize in Medicine went to a franco-american team for having discovered the immune function of these important white blood cells. Today, dendritc cells (ie, like with monoclonal antibodies) are made into vaccines from a patient’s own dendritic cells. But this procedure is very expensive and not that effective. Pharmaceutical companies are investing on drugs to enhance a patients own dendretic cells, but these can lead to more auto-immune diseases and since drug companies seek high profit margins, all of this will be very expensive. So the Holwerrc center researches on inexpensive holistic avenues to activate dendritic cells so that they can recognize cancer’s antigens and communicate this information to the T lymphocyte cells (the one’s that are matured in the Thymus) for prompt immune response against malignancy…. HOLWERRC’S RESEARCH RESULTS ON CANCER AND WINE AS A CARCINOGENESIS MODEL.
WARBURG, PASTEUR AND WINE HELP US TO UNIFY THE FIELD OF CANCER RESEARCH
The discovery that cancer is the result less of a genetic factor than an impaired metabolic one came from Otto Warburg in 1924, who initially proposed that aerobic glycolysis was an epiphenomenon of a more fundamental problem in cancer cell physiology, i.e., impaired or damaged cellular respiration (Source). In this perspective, and for memory’s sake, the Warburg Theory of Cancer or “Warburg hypothesis” (as distinguished from the Warburg effect) postulates that the driver of tumorigenesis is an insufficient cellular respiration caused by multiple insults to mitochondria. (Source). On the other hand, the Warburg effect describes the observation that cancer cells, and many cells grown in-vitro, exhibit glucose fermentation even when enough oxygen is present to properly respire. In other words, instead of fully respiring in the presence of adequate oxygen, cancer cells ferment via the non-oxidative breakdown of glucose, what is called glycolysis. And most of all of the other cancer “hallmarks” derive from this state. Another way of putting it is that cancer cells ferment glucose while keeping up the same level of respiration that was present before the process of carcinogenesis while a healthy cell mainly generates energy from oxidative breakdown of pyruvate. (Pyruvate is an end-product of glycolysis, and is oxidized within the mitochondria)…..To read more, click here…

THE HOLWERRC’S RESEARCH RESULTS ON CANCER STEM CELLS
For M.I.T.’s Professor Weinberg and most of the other recognized mainstrain allopathic oncologists, cancer is a genetic disease with six inter-related cell physiology alterations: 1) autonomy in growth signals, 2) insensitivity to growth inhibitory (antigrowth) signals (e.g. tumor suppressor genes), 3) evasion of programmed cell death (apoptosis), 4) limitless replicative potential as long as there’s glucose in the micro-environment, 5) sustained vascularity (angiogenesis), and 6) tissue invasion and metastasis. (Source) . For the Holwerrc Research Institute, we go much further. While we do not refute Professor Weinberg’s brilliance nor the relevance of his “cancer hallmarks”, we find these processes to be “epi-phenomema”, meaning not central to the cancer process. In this perspective, the Holistic Center has determined that for a cancer therapy to be effective, emphasis must be placed on five other cancer hallmarks or “carcinogenic processes” mainstream medicine has neglected, two of which are defining characteristics of carcinogenesis. These complementary processes are as follows: 7) chronic inflammation, 8) punitive stem cells reaction, 9) emotional trauma (ie chronic stress), 10) immune deficiency and 11) glucolysis (both aerobic and anaerobic), the wine-like fermentation process which was first elucidated by Otto Warburg’s Nobel-rewarded discovery on cancer’s sugar addiction (cf.Warburg O: On the origin of cancer cells.
Science 1956, 123:309-314 : (Source). In this perspective, one of the key engines of carcinogenesis are cancer stem cells which, like bacteria in the face of anti-biotics, will mutate in the face of chemo and radiation violence and come back with a vengeance, hence the quasi systematic worsening of most cancers’ prognosis via the chemo-resistance and recurrences consequences, at which point the metastases cascades, clots, infections, cachexia will massively, without mercy, destroy cellular homeostatsis and life...To read more, click here.

Melanoma cancer cells inter-communicating profusely as they are autonomous in growth signaling. Allopathic oncology alleges that these signaling pathways are first and foremost caused by genes. But what about intentionality and epi-genetic pathways ?
THE HOLWERRC’S RESEARCH RESULTS ON CANCER AND EPI-GENETICS: HOLISTIC ONCOLOGY POSTULATES THAT CANCER IS A CHANGEABLE LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE
“The study population consisted of male vegetarians (aged 28-50 years), who were recruited from the vegetarian cohort being followed by the Department of Epidemiology (German Cancer Research Center, Heidelberg, FRG), and the same number of age- and sex-matched controls from the personnel of the same center. Among the vitamins tested, only the level of carotene was significantly higher in vegetarians; the levels of vitamin A, K, and E were not elevated. Among the other blood parameters tested, only creatinine and glutamine-transferase levels were significantly lower in vegetarians. The natural cytotoxicity of peripheral blood lymphocytes was measured using a chromium-release test. Cytotoxic activity, which is expressed as lytic units, was significantly higher in vegetarians than in their omnivorous controls by a factor of 2. The total number of white blood cells, lymphocytes, and other subpopulations did not differ between vegetarians and nonvegetarians. The enhanced natural cytotoxicity may be one of the factors contributing to the lower cancer risk shown by vegetarians” Source

The HOLWERRC’s Center’s fundamental research work has found additional pertinence. Epi-genetics, the environment, lifestyle, diet, exercises, the Sun and our personal traumas, experiences and even intentionality can change our genome’s expression, including cancer’s genetic configuration. The focus of corrective and holistic oncology should be on changing the patient’s micro-environment and biological terrain with life enhancement programs. Before genetic cancer mutations and cancer progression occur, the up-regulation or expression of oncogenes are necessary. Genetic research tells us that the DNA is made up of 30-35 percent of coding genes and the rest (65-70 % of genes) are “silent genes” or according to some research, “whispering genes”. Epi-genetics and lifestyle can shut down the coding genes and allow the expression of silent genes. To turn off a gene, a methyl group (CH3) needs to replace a hydrogen atom on the gene’s base. The DNA sequence thus becomes silent and can’t produce proteins anymore. With time, indviduals can take control of their genes. This is what we aim at the Holwerrc Center, the favorable reconfiguration of the cancer participant’s genetic profile (ie, in particular, his or her oncogenes) via the participant’s self-empowerment thanks to the Center’s seventeen life enhancement techniques, all of which are free from allopathic FDA regulated devices, procedures, drugs, constraints and skyrocketing expenses, and all of which target cancer’s many weaknesses, including, but not limited to it’s supply lines. One to three weeks can start the process, improve most physiological markers while the participant builds empowering self-confidence via the Center’s pedagogical workshops and strength via the Center’s seventeen holistic technique categories. THE HOLWERRC’S RESEARCH ON THE GENETIC PROCESS OF MALIGNANCY
Differently from two-times Nobel crowned Warburg and holistic oncologists who believe that one of the key primary causes of cancer is the replacement of cellular respiration by fermentation (glycolysis) and immune deficiency, most mainstream scientists assume the primary cause to be at the level of gene expression genome instability. Thus, as usual, relevant discoveries which were not promising money-wise were discredited and the view of cancer as a metabolic disease was gradually displaced in favor of the ideology or dogma that cancer is a genetic disease for which mainstream medicine can only destroy symptoms, the tumors. While there has been some renewed interest in the energy metabolism of cancer cells, it is still widely believed that Warburg’s work and the metabolic defects expressed in cancer cells arise primarily from genomic mutability (Source). Before we show this claim to be more of a dogma based on “half-truths” rather than science, a few words on the genetics of cancer. To read more…

“Sometimes, the body’s natural harmony breaks down, and we experience dis-ease, which is a reflection of the body’s inability to maintain normal control of its function-providing systems. Because behavior is created through the interaction of proteins with their complementary signals, there are really only two sources of dis-ease: either the proteins are defective or the signals are distorted” Bruce Lipton (Biologist)
